The Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice (TAHC&H) was found in 1969 and is a champion for the collective interests of Texas home care and hospice agencies, organizations, and individual professionals. TAHC&H headquarters are located in Austin, Texas, and its mission joins together member organizations and individuals in a shared commitment to every citizen in need of quality, affordable in home services. The funds raised will go to support the association’s efforts to ensure Texans have access to quality, affordable healthcare care at home for years to come.
